Requirements

  • management level experience is essential
  • proven track record of delivering projects and campaigns
  • interest in the education or rail industry would be advantageous
  • confident and a tenacious relationship builder who takes responsibility for projects they work on
  • be accountable for workflow, co-ordinating business areas, partners and suppliers to ensure effectively delivery of campaigns
  • minimum of 5+ years partnership and/or marketing experience is essential, whether in-house or agency

Responsibility

  • to lead on all campaign activities with partners, ensuring up to date messaging, lead generation and brand awareness overall
  • budget management – expected to forecast, monitor and assess and optimise spend across channels and report to Board members
  • internal engagement with senior management team, reporting on overall performance and activities of the brand
