- maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any fabrication issues
- utilise basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
Requirements
- proficient in welding techniques, particularly stick welding, with experience in fabricating metal structures
- strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
- experience working with metal and other materials in a fabrication environment
- competent in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to welding and fabrication tasks
- excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations related to measurements and material requirements
