  • product Team Collaboration: Contribute to brownfield and greenfield change initiatives alongside the product team
  • continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and improvement initiatives, adhere to software development best practices, and mentor junior team members
  • scrum Participation: Engage in regular Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with other IT teams for solution design and best practice implementation
