Responsibility
- delivering specialist advice to reduce energy and carbon use in the built environment
- modelling a range of building types using IES or Design Builder
- providing TM44 complaint reports
- seeking a person qualified as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Level 3-4 utilising Design Builder software. Level 3-4 TM44 and Display Energy Assessor would also be of an advantage. Full UK Driving Licence essential
- relevant: 2 years
- capable of advising clients and building managers on the technical and economic performance of a range of low carbon energy, sustainable measures, technologies, and holistic solutions for the built environment
Education
- working arrangements can be flexible for the right candidate
- we are a specialist Building Services Consultancy providing a wide range of building analysis and energy auditing services operating throughout the UK
- we are seeking for someone who can work productively and independently either from our office in South Yorkshire or from a part home based location. There will be a need to site visit buildings across the whole of the UK
