- ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders

- take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- provide product recommendations and knowledge to customers as needed

Requirements
- minimum of 3 years of barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- proven ability to handle a high volume of orders while maintaining quality and speed
- excellent knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art
- strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers
- ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively
- detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills
- understanding of health and safety practices in a food service setting
