- manage KPls to ensure targets are met
- gaining new business through evaluating client demands and needs to find suitable and competitive insurance products for them, via incoming enquiries, through cross selling and upselling to current clients, as well as proactively seeking out new business opportunities at every opportunity
- reviewing client needs at renewal stage in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring renewal of client policies in line with the high retention levels expected
- providing efficient administration to the policies looked after, ensuring attention to detail and providing an exceptional level of customer service to clients at all times
Requirements
- solid experience of insurance sales within a target driven environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- an interest in meeting new people and relationship management skills
- strong sales and negotiation skills
