Responsibility
- provide onsite 1st and 2nd line technical support
- update, close & create tickets within our ticket system
- support school software
- support school hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, projectors/TVS, interactive technologies printers, servers, basic networking, and telephones
- troubleshooting issues and resolving them
- liaise and work with 3rd party providers on issues outside of directly supported systems
- proactively maintain and support systems and hardware
- maintain, update and create documentation such as asset registers
Requirements
- written and Verbal communication skills are critical - REQUIRED
- school experience - DESIRED
- knowledge of Microsoft Servers and core components
- basic Networking knowledge
- at least 1 years IT Support – 1st and 2nd line - DESIRED
- understanding of DHCP, DNS
- PC diagnostic Skills
- windows Server and Desktop operating systems
