- proficiency in RF design and simulation software with a strong focus on mmWave applications
- proficiency in electromagnetic solvers such as CST EM Studio, HFSS, ADS, COMSOL, Icepak and Cadence Allegro, etc
- hands-on experience with mmWave RF hardware, including the design, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits and systems
- proficiency in MATLAB and Python
- familiarity with the latest developments in mmWave technology, standards, and regulatory requirements for wireless communication devices
- strong hands-on experience of antenna measurement, anechoic chamber, and RF test equipment
- exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
