- greet and welcome clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner
- manage incoming phone calls, ensuring effective phone etiquette at all times

- clean and stock the consulting rooms daily
- handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

- previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure whilst multitasking
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting colleagues as needed
- strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- attention to detail for data entry tasks
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
- to be registered with the RCVS
- previous UK experience is preferred
- strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members
- A compassionate approach towards animal care combined with excellent problem-solving abilities
- perform surgical procedures with precision and care
- interpret laboratory results and utilise diagnostic imaging to inform treatment plans
