Responsibility

  • responding to enquiries from clients and potential clients
  • you will be expected to be client facing and capable of dealing with matters relating to the Party Wall Act
  • reviewing design drawings and other documents relevant to the Party Wall Act
  • acting both as Building Owner’s Surveyor and Adjoining Owner’s Surveyor on a variety of residential properties throughout London and northern Surrey
  • drafting and serving party wall notices
  • such projects range from simple chimney breast removal to whole extensions and occasionally a new build
  • carrying out schedules of condition
