- an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced receptionist/administrator from a medical, dental or aesthetics field to join our small and positive medical aesthetics practice
- we are based in Cheltenham town centre with facilities, including reception and two treatment rooms. Out ethos is to provide a high-quality standard of care to our patients. We are CQC and Safe Face registered clinic
- accepting payments and processing invoices for deposits, procedures and skin care sales
- assisting with social media, blog, newsletters and promotional emails
- processing invoices, payments
- managing a busy diary
- the receptionist role is fundamental to our clinic’s development and smooth running of the daily reception and administrative tasks to providing an outstanding patient experience
