Responsibility

  • managing, coaching and mentoring a small team consisting of management accountants and treasury personnel
  • accountable for the production of the consolidated financial results for the relevant business areas, including P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
  • responsible for delivering successful, timely month end close, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to, including commentary on major variances and trends
  • review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including reporting of balance sheet risks and opportunities
  • reviewing customer margins and challenging any significant margin variations
  • preparation of rolling forecast, including detailed strategic and financial analysis
  • build strong working relationships and engaging with stakeholders across the business to ensure you fully understand the business and our numbers reflect reality
  • management of the year end accounts production timetable in accordance with requirements, ensuring deadlines are met
