Responsibility
- provide management information reports for the commercial teams and the RWS management team
- builds strong relationships with the commercial, offering and finance teams to ensure quick submission and consolidation of information
- responds to ad-hoc requests from across the business (i.e
- requesting, receiving and consolidating in quarter revenue risks and opportunities)
- supporting Finance Director with integration of acquisitions onto IQVIA processes and ERP systems. Working with Corporate integration teams and updating integration reporting trackers
- this involves the creation of new reports and maintenance of existing reports to account for changes in business needs and to changes in internal hierarchies
- own creation of necessary Master Data Management [MDM] codes within IQVIA hierarchy, including relevant reporting cost centers, internal orders, products, and general ledger account codes
- take responsibility for loading through IQVIA tools monthly Forecast and annual Plan
Education
- 5 years´ relevant finance experience
Requirements
- experience of SAP is favorable, also Xero helpful
- experience of Hyperion Essbase, SFDC is useful
- previous experience in acquisition integration
- skilled working in a complex, global organization with proven ability to influence/execute through centralized and matrixed functions
