- undertake Level 2 and Level 3 House surveys and prepare reports
- conduct research and analysis of survey data
- interpret survey results and provide recommendations to clients
- maintain accurate records of survey results
- discuss the findings of the survey to the Clients
- provide advice and undertake property inspections to advise Clients on their property issues
- work on thier own and be prepared to travel to various locations to undertake the house surveys, generally within an hour of North Devon
