Requirements
- excellent communication skills to engage well with the service-users, relatives, and external stakeholders always building therapeutic rapport
- registered General Nurse or Mental Health or Learning Disability
- knowledge of mental health act, mental capacity act and associated legislation
- ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- experience of working in a hospital or nursing home
- A good understanding and experience of service user’s diagnoses, treatment and recovery
- good IT Skills – must be able to document/report service-user care records and incidents accurately on mobile devices and computer
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a team player able to work in an adaptive way to a dynamic environment
