Requirements
- proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or events environment
- strong knowledge of various maintenance disciplines, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC

- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules

Responsibility
- perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, to keep the house in top condition
- inspect and maintain lighting and audiovisual systems to ensure they are functioning perfectly
- set up and arrange event spaces according to event plans, including furniture arrangement and decor setup
- collaborate with event planners and coordinators to address any maintenance needs before, during, and after events
- conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become problems
- maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
