Responsibility
- managing payment terms and receipts for UK customers and high value invoices in a time sensitive environment
- responsible for reviewing the Sales Ledger daily, ensuring that outstanding / unpaid invoices are paid in a timely fashion
- this role will require you to be an excellent communicator with first class internal / external relationship management skills to maintain positive cashflow, mitigate risk and ensure financial queries or potential payment delays are managed and resolved in the shortest possible timeframe
- liaising with credit insurance provider to ensure limits are accurate and in place
- supporting the sales department with administrative duties
