Working hours

Responsibility

  • providing high-quality and accurate generalist HR advice to key stakeholders within the organisation
  • acting as a strategic business partner, with a particular focus on TUPE transfers
  • taking the lead on shaping and developing organisational redesign and restructure
  • delivering and implementing HR policies with the support of the HR Director
  • assist with the development and implementation of appropriate HR systems
  • A willingness to travel within the region to support their clients as required

Requirements

  • CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum or QBE
  • A wide range of generalist HR knowledge, preferably with experience working within the education sector
  • A proactive attitude to recognise appropriate HR strategies and solutions
  • A pragmatic and flexible attitude
  • excellent at building relationships with individuals at all levels
  • highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy of Microsoft packages
