Responsibility

  • the ability to carry out basic repairs and general maintenance tasks as required both inside and outside of the building
  • the management of cleaning and other equipment for the business
  • the maintenance and upkeep of company cars
  • supervising a team of cleaners and to ensure the cleanliness of the building is maintained, including heating, cooling lighting and alarm systems, lifts and other health and safety checks, in line with company health and safety policies
  • to source and co-ordinate contractors for major repairs and liaising with our security company to ensure the safe opening and closing of the building
