- studying and researching the full UK H&S and Environment rules, laws and measures as a base-line of what should be the standard
- producing documents, reports, and presentations for the Senior Management team, the Team Leaders and Supervisors for practical actions and improvements
- engaging in Health and Safety training and job shadowing with the operational managers to develop expertise in the field
- collaborating with employees and management to foster a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the organisation- whilst ensuring compliance on a day to day basis is made
- provide supporting producing the Board of Directors monthly report
