Responsibility

  • an opportunity to join a small and friendly team serving a luxury property on the Blenheim Palace estate
  • between holiday rentals and owner stays, the house is significantly quieter and so the schedule is very varied
  • we are looking for a cheerful, personable housekeeper to join the existing housekeeping team, 3 days a week, to provide additional help to keep the house and bedrooms to a high standard
  • the successful candidate must be happy to 'pitch in' and be flexible with tasks alongside the team consisting of two housekeepers, chef, butler, and two garden staff
  • NOTE: CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR 3 DAYS BUT OPTION FOR ADDITIONAL SHIFTS IF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS MORE AVAILABILITY
  • the house is run part-time as a high-end holiday letting, At other times of the year, the owner is intermittently in residence and likes to entertain guests
  • note during holiday lettings and owner stays, this will involve working either on a Saturday or Sunday, and the working days are on a flexible schedule . The house is remote, so you will need to have your own transport
