Requirements
- construction experience – specifically extensive experience with ‘stick-build’ timber frame developments or the production and/or fitment of SIPS
- knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
- ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions and construction drawings
- must be able to lift 30-50lbs as needed
- skilled in the use and care of hand and small power tools associated with the work
- must be able to work in outdoor weather and/or unregulated temperatures for up to 10 hours/day
- proficiency with hand and air tools
- must have basic tools to carry out timber frame work
