Responsibility

  • this role involves the following duties & responsibilities
  • ensure that high standards of care are maintained through implementing the quality governance framework
  • be responsible for ensuring that clinical governance meetings are held and analysis of data is completed and acted upon
  • ensure that complaints/concerns are thoroughly investigated and resolved in accordance with MPS Care policy
  • ensure that the care home complies with all relevant legislation and registration requirements by establishing, maintaining and monitoring procedures and maintaining awareness of developments within the sector
  • ensure potential residents are appropriately assessed within 24 hours if operationally appropriate, to establish suitability for admission, recording the outcome
  • to develop and deliver agreed actions within approved timescales as detailed on the action plan and ensure it is shared with relevant parties
  • ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care at all times in accordance with company procedures, best practice and the philosophy of care
