Responsibility

  • building trust and rapport with customers as first point of contact for Northern Renewable Centre Ltd
  • providing both Domestic and Commercial customers with information about company equipment and solar systems
  • answering any questions customers have regarding all our products and potential benefits for their specific needs
  • gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s needs
  • selecting solar energy products and systems to best suit the customer’s needs
  • preparing or reviewing designs for the customer’s solar installation
  • creating fully customized energy packages for large-scale solar installations
  • providing customers with quotes, sales orders, shipping information, and tax credit information

Requirements

  • previous work experience as a solar sales consultant
  • in-depth knowledge of solar pv equipment and installations
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • self-motivated and target driven
  • excellent communication internally with other team members to ensure the customer journey is delivered to the highest standard
  • highly organised with good time management
  • professional appearance and a friendly disposition
