Responsibility
- to complete accurately daily reports/records
- to report all accidents/incidents to the Case Manager, as appropriate, and complete all required paperwork
- 12. To attend and participate in review meetings as requested by the Team/ Leader
- to log any accidents/incidents, keeping medication and daily activity records
- the above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role
- any other appropriate and reasonable task in relation to the employment as agreed with the client and Case Manager

Requirements
- you must have the ability to work on your own unsupervised, or as part of a team
- you must have a full UK driving licence and be a confident driver
- you must have a full UK driving licence and be a confident driver of manual/automatic vehicles
- to have a knowledge or level of understanding around Brain Injury
- experience of working alongside rehabilitation therapists and supporting clients with rehabilitation goals would be helpful
- you must be prepared to provide personal care
- you must be prepared to provide minimal personal care
- to have experience of working in a community setting or peoples’ own homes
