Responsibility
- responsible for opening and securing the site at the end of the working day
- lead and supervise a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity
- plan and prioritise daily activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- updating SAGE in real time
- implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and compliance with health and safety regulations
- train new team members on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and company policies to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- supporting with daily warehouse operations including booking deliveries in/out, processing returns and sales orders, dispatching sales orders and parts
- maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
Requirements
