Requirements
- proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications is essential
- full UK driving licence is essential
- educated to a degree or HNC level is desirable
- experience of working with NGNs IT Systems is desirable
- knowledgeable and experienced in quality assurance and governance principles
- knowledgeable and experienced in the main disciplines that come under programme Management
- A strong influencer with the ability to energise and gain support from others
- comfortable communicating across the business, inclusive of presenting information, writing reports and verbal communication
Responsibility
- lead the Assurance Team to deliver on agreed objectives from Programme Management
- monitor audit quality and effectiveness and ensure reviews are carried out to keep the audit programme relevant and value adding
- support all colleagues in Programme Management to fully understand and comply with the procedures, policies, legislation and regulations
- responsible for developing and preparing various performance reports and commentaries to various colleagues
- identify trends and recommend areas for support, training and future improvements
- responsible for identifying gaps / weaknesses in processes and implementing changes for improvement
- the role is responsible for creating, reviewing, and monitoring systems and processes to eradicate issues in data quality and ensure process adherence
- lead and develop the Assurance Team to be cross flexible and able to provide assurance over all areas of Programme Management
