• manage the rota and staffing requirements of reception and manage the day-to-day activities of the reception team

• give basic information and direct enquiries about external room hires to the Events team and provide appropriate support to room hires and events
• undertake any duties reasonable required of the Reception team as well as other relevant admin tasks
