Bought an engine from this company for my daughter’s car, when it arrive supposedly checked, the sump had clearly been badly repaired and the engine head gasket amongst other things was broken . The engine is sludgy. Paid £600. They keep saying they are sending a new one, over a week and half ago, excuse given for the late delivery, their forklift broke down. Last update would be with us Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Surprise no engine sent. Makes me sick! I won’t be leaving it .
Had these cowboys change and engine in my 2021 transit. Not only have they put a 2018 engine in they have also swapped out a fully working gearbox as that box had a different housing and wont fit a 2018 engine. The gearbox they put in lasted 4 days and once I had that changed a few days later the engine siezed. I am out of pocket over £3k and have a broken van for which I will have to source another engine. 1 week job turned out over 5 weeks. They will just ignore your calls when they do finally answer will spin you a load of shite mechanics ill or they are stuck on another job.
Bought an engine with assurances that it would be working, serviced and have a new were belt. Was told it would arrive in 3 days - took 15. It arrived with a blown head gasket and in very poor condition (no new wet belt fitted as promised) was told it would be collected ( it’s still here) was told refund had been issued- still not received it. Total waste of time and money.
Had my engine changed by these on my transit last year after wet belt snapped. Was quoted 3.2k to supply and fit engine. Was told it would be completed in a week. Took over 6 weeks with no communication, no one could tell me what was going on. Travelled up from Birmingham to Bolton to collect, van broke down after half an hour on first trip. Travelled up again a week later, got home after 6 hour round trip, engine had no oil in cause it had leaked from about 5 different places. 10 months later and I’ve spent over 3.5k sorting out their mess. I’ve had to replace injectors, turbo & pipe feed, oil sump, oil filter and cooler, gearbox, washer fluid tank as they broke it and tried to silicone back together and now have a breathing issue with the engine and a leak on the timing belt cover. Gave me 12 month warranty but ignored all my calls. Currently in process of taking them to court. Stay away from these cowboys, they haven’t got a clue what they’re doing!
Sent the money for an engine 3 weeks ago.
Still nothing received, they don't answer our calls, and when they answer from another no, keep saying they will send it.
Rubish company.

Exactly same as above, bought a deisel engine off these lot they delivered a petrol and won't return the money until they have it back yet they have have no intention of picking it up or giving money back wouldn't surprise me if like above the engine is a dud..... stay well clear
They don’t even deserve 1 star! I wouldn’t go anywhere near them! All up for helping you out and getting your part to you…. Just be prepared for something to be wrong with it or not actually the right part. Then good luck with getting it returned! You’ll soon struggle getting hold of them! Full of excuses! Useless bunch of cowboys! Yeeeee haaaaaa!

I wish I'd have seen these reviews before I purchased from them! Stay well away, even when you do get an engine its so knackered that it costs a fortune to put right.

Stay away, just got a engine myself rubbish and waiting for them to collect it.
Sent two engines, rubbish neither fit for purpose. Said they won't refund until they collect engines - keep fobbing me off saying it is booked in when it isn't - stay well away from this company - bad news
Did you get your money back.
Has there been any update from them regarding the collection of the engines? It sounds like the situation is dragging on without resolution.
keep telling me that the engine is getting picked up and it is still there at the garage, told me today that the company is short on staff, I have no choice now to take the engine back myself.
It seems really frustrating to deal with this ongoing delay. Have they given any reason for the lack of communication besides being short-staffed? What steps are being taken now to resolve the situation?

Same experience as above, have reported to trading standards, cannot understand why they are still allowed to trade and rip people off
What specifically happened in your experience that led you to report to trading standards?
Scam company didn't send what I ordered and lied about dispatching several times. Onto trading standards regular problem with this place
