head of marketing
Responsibility
- building brand awareness, positive reputation and ongoing support for the Charity across the North West
- develop NWAA’s marketing and communications strategies, designed to build brand awareness, positive image and support for the charity as well as ensure alignment with the organisation’s brand values and overall strategy
- work in conjunction with the clinical leads to ensure that all press/media calls regarding missions are dealt with appropriately
- manage the charity’s social media presence and website, ensuring it remains accurate and engaging and performs in line with agreed KPIs
- manage the marketing budget to ensure that the strategic imperatives of the marketing and communications strategy are delivered
- provide the Director of Income & Engagement with regular progress reports including delivery of key performance indicators as required
