- maintain and support clients on our Managed Services Provider services
- respond to virus incidents according to established policies and procedures
- assist public and business clients with the use of their IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and tablets
- perform hardware-based repairs and maintenance for various devices
- provide remote, on-site, and telephone support for a diverse range of IT issues
- utilize and support Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems
- maintain the shop front, deal with customers at the counter, and manage job bookings into our ticketing system
- assist in maintaining our e-commerce platform and manage our social media presence
Requirements
- proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a computer repair shop environment
- strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems
- excellent understanding of mobile phones and tablets
- exceptional social skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- enthusiastic, hard-working, and customer-oriented mindset
- ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities efficiently
