Responsibility

  • undertake any allocated jobs as directed by the Housing Coordinator
  • respond promptly and efficiently to breakdowns and ensure all associated paperwork is completed in a satisfactory, accurate and prompt manner
  • responsible for ensuring cleaning materials are available on site
  • assist the team as required with regular health and safety maintenance checks such as fire alarm and emergency lighting weekly tests, monthly water temperature testing and cyclical health and safety audits
  • carry out other relevant and appropriate duties as requested by the line manager
