- A comprehensive understanding on the rental market in the UK, particularly in Leeds
- whilst this is a managerial position, we are willing to consider applicants without managerial experience, providing they display a keen interest in progressing, reflect & reinforce our company values, and have the skills we feel are required to manage a growing team
Responsibility
- managing a team of 6 initially, comprising of receptionist, lettings negotiators, marketing executive & tenancy coordinators
- attending valuations and delivering new instructions
- working with the head of property management to ensure smooth and efficient 360-degree property management processes across departments
