the Role
to ensure that ndh achieves the highest levels of customer care you will be responsible for creating the condition, culture and ways of working that enable and promote strong and positive partnership working between involved customers, the Executive Team and Senior Managers across North Devon Homes for the benefit of all our customers
you will support the development of, and lead on the implementation of our Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement Strategies, with responsibility for overseeing associated action plans and embedding improvements
about You
educated to degree level or equivalent through relevant sector training/experience
you will have a high level of diplomacy to enable the effective negotiation with both internal and external groups
to develop and maintain frameworks that bring together customer feedback, complaints, surveys and customer sentiment to identify customer perceptions and expectations and how we could deliver on these
to monitor and provide the external environment including changes to Regulation, the Housing Ombudsman and other stakeholders and provide recommendations for how service can adapt and improve
