Responsibility
- to organize the day to day running of the Home and deal with inspections and regulatory affairs of the Home eg staff supervision, appraisal, auditing and care planning and liaise with management for support and advice
- to assist the District Nurses and other professional medical visitors as when required
- adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and fire regulations and ensure all staff adheres to homes policies and procedures
- assist manager with recruitment, retention and training of staff as required
