- staying updated with industry regulations / trends to provide accurate and reliable advice
Requirements
- degree qualified, RICS chartered status or recently qualified
- experience in general practice surveying in a consultancy environment
- excellent knowledge of property valuation methods and relevant legislation
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- excellent communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with clients
- proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools
- ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects
- ambitious mindset with a passion for the property industry
