Responsibility
- to be responsible for the safe operation of ramps, steps, lifts and doors that provide access to the vehicle
- to record trip data as and when required. This will include mileage and passenger numbers
- when appropriate, re-fuel vehicles, retaining the receipts for records and cleaning vehicles inside and out
- help to promote the organisation and its services to customers, potential customers and the wider community
- drive minibuses with due consideration, at all times, of the needs, comfort and safety of passengers. As well as being responsible for the safe operation of any vehicle that is in use, including compliance with all/any legal requirements
- to ensure the safety of passengers at all times whilst travelling. That seat belts and items such as wheel chair restraints are used correctly
- to abide by health and safety legislation at all times
