Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Production Supervisor to join our team
- organise and supervise all activities within the factory, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management
- ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment
- be the point of call between the office and the factory
- the Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our factory, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and a safe working environment
- this role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team of painters and workshop personnel
- manage and control internal systems, ensuring they are kept up to date
