sales assistant

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • NORRES UK LTD, Unit 10, Mount Street Business Park, Nechells, Birmingham, B7 5QU
  • internal sales / warehouse assistant
  • your challenging task
  • internal sales – processing quotes, , purchase orders, sales orders, and maintaining our database with customer contacts
  • actively developing new customers internally through research and development and maintaining excellent record keeping in our system
  • handling our deliveries and preparing orders in our warehouse for customers
  • managing and putting away our stocks in the warehouse
  • providing exceptional support in either our office or warehouse function when required

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • previous internal sales / warehouse experience would be beneficial but not compulsory
  • self-motivated attitude towards proactive sales activities
  • computer literate and eager to learn how to operate a new system
  • accurate record and data entry skills and organisation
  • good telephone manner, good communication and excellent time management
