- NORRES UK LTD, Unit 10, Mount Street Business Park, Nechells, Birmingham, B7 5QU
- internal sales / warehouse assistant
- your challenging task
- internal sales – processing quotes, , purchase orders, sales orders, and maintaining our database with customer contacts
- actively developing new customers internally through research and development and maintaining excellent record keeping in our system
- handling our deliveries and preparing orders in our warehouse for customers
- managing and putting away our stocks in the warehouse
- providing exceptional support in either our office or warehouse function when required
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous internal sales / warehouse experience would be beneficial but not compulsory
- self-motivated attitude towards proactive sales activities
- computer literate and eager to learn how to operate a new system
- accurate record and data entry skills and organisation
- good telephone manner, good communication and excellent time management
