Responsibility

  • we are seeking a full time senior accounts clerk based at our head office in Billingham. This role will suit a confident and well-organised individual who will provide further support to the department
  • analysis and regular reconciliation of petty cash transactions
  • carrying out supplier payment runs, ensuring payment terms are met. Updating Sage with all expense invoices received, allocating against subsequent payments made
  • reconciling customer remittances against payments received on a daily basis

Requirements

  • accounting: 5 years
  • bookkeeping: 5 years
