Responsibility

  • norman E Webb Transport Services are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy workshop office
  • previous experience working within a motor trade would be an advantage, but full in house training will be given to the successful candidate
  • maintaining office files and records
  • liaising with manufacturers to obtain parts & to place orders for stock
  • liaising with manufacturers to obtain and order parts
  • answering phone calls and taking customer bookings in person, over the telephone and by email, and record them accurately in the diary
