Responsibility
- maintain all plant and equipment
- attending and repairing daily break downs in Foundry, Trim Shop and Machine Shop
- identifying future improvements
- carryout TPM activities
- ensure that services are sufficient for the installation of new plant
- maintain the required standards of housekeeping
- build and develop effective working relationships with those both internally and externally, wherever appropriate
- support other departments and functions in line with the needs of the business
Requirements
- min 4 years’ experience as a hands on maintenance engineer, including preventative maintenance, fault finding and rectifying
- problem solving ability to include the processing of statistical data in order to rectify faults and improve mechanical effectiveness
- demonstrates the ability to plan and prioritise workload in order to meet required deadlines and performance standards
- demonstrate knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic circuits and systems
- demonstrate knowledge of electrical & electronic circuits and systems
- arc Weld,Tig Weld
- maintenance: 3 years
