Responsibility

  • non Violentiam CIC are a Birmingham based supported housing provider
  • at Non Violentiam you will be providing floating support for your tenants living in supported accommodation in Birmingham
  • we offer generic supported accommodation, but our main focus is providing supported accommodation for people exiting domestic violent or abusive circumstances, this includes men only accommodation, women only accommodation also women who may be pregnant or have a child under four
  • this role will include
  • non Violentiam CIC https://www.nonviolentiam.org are a Birmingham based supported housing provider
  • our residents have faced significant challenging circumstances and require support back to a level footing to be able to progress towards achieving their aspirations for a stable and progressive future
  • seeking new referrals
  • you will have a case load of tenants and you will play a vital role in their lives, working alongside them to assess risks and needs and to develop person centred support plans which will enable them to progress towards independence
