Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a reliable and efficient HGV Workshop Receptionist to join our team at Noble Commercial Truck Services
- as the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our workshop operations
- MOT scheduling and customer advising: You will be responsible for scheduling MOT appointments for our fleet of HGVs and providing necessary information and advice to our customers regarding the MOT process
- truckfile management: You will manage our digital system, Truckfile, by scheduling Preventive Maintenance Inspections and MOTs, ensuring all necessary documents are uploaded and maintained accurately
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- strong communication and customer service skills
- proficient in using digital systems and software
- knowledge of HGVs and the MOT process is advantageous
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- the role above is an evolving role so the job is not limited to the above workload this will vary in time
