Responsibility

  • we are looking for a passionate, motivated and ambitious Junior/Senior Sous/Head Chef to join this beautiful independent operation
  • you will ideally be from a similar environment and will be passionate about using seasonal and local produce
  • the ideal candidate will be a solid cook, able to hold down a busy section in a demanding kitchen, whilst being able to mentor and coach the chef de parties and commis chefs in the team
  • the Noah’s Ark Inn is an award winning pub & restaurant serving modern British seasonal food in a stunning environment. We are seeking a chef who would like to learn and develop their skills within a small team taking a prominent role
