Responsibility

  • must have previous experience and good knowledge of all property maintenance
  • we are currently looking for a multi-skilled tradesman/handyman to start immediately working for an estate agents within the Bedford area to help maintain general property maintenance

Requirements

  • UK drivers Licence
  • maintenance
  • own van, tools and PPE
  • the ability to perform physical tasks
  • good verbal communication skills
  • previous experience of basic plumbing and electrics
  • plumbing - resolving basic issues such as dripping taps/leaky pipes/blockages
  • decorating - painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces, handling furniture
