good verbal communication skills
previous experience of basic plumbing and electrics
plumbing - resolving basic issues such as dripping taps/leaky pipes/blockages
decorating - painting walls and ceilings, touching up skirting boards and door frames, sanding floors and other wooden surfaces, handling furniture
outdoor work - repairing border walls and fences, clearing gutters, replacing gutters, changing roof tiles, repair roof, flat roofs
fitting items in bathroom/kitchens, small areas of tiling
conducting work according to industry health & safety standards
valid UK driving licence
ability to work as part of a team, understand and carry out instructions
