- we are currently recruiting for a strong Chef to join our busy all day and evening restaurant experience at Moreton-in-Marsh, in the heart of the Cotswolds
- led by locally renowned Executive Chef, Craig Stanley, our ambition is to exceed expectations and deliver refined menus that reflect our love for the Cotswolds
- cooking seasonally and with the best ingredients, we take huge pride in sourcing the most amazing local suppliers and sharing what they produce
- with a strong local community of foodies, we are also proud to serve a wide international tourist trade who expect great food, drink and service – providing a truly memorable dining experience
- chef - from £28,000 to £32,500 per annum plus share of tips, staff discount and excellent benefits including good holidays and bonus birthday day off
