manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen while ensuring smooth and efficient operations
prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard, maintaining consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation
supervise junior kitchen staff , providing guidance and training to ensure they meet kitchen standards
ensure food quality by checking ingredients, monitoring cooking processes, and ensuring that food is prepared according to recipes and kitchen standards
monitor inventory levels in your section, ensuring ingredients are stocked, stored properly, and used efficiently to minimize waste
maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all health and safety standards are met
coordinate with other sections of the kitchen to ensure timely service and seamless collaboration during peak times
