Responsibility
- ensuring all vehicle tacho data is up to date on the FTA system by ensuring vehicles are downloaded very 4 weeks
- to provide operational reports to the Managing Director
- to manage a process for Nonconformity and corrective action
- managing the insurance, keeping the MID database up to date and dealing accident claims and repairs, making sure the insurance company is kept informed always. Carrying out investigations where applicable to the highest of standards
- oversee the management of driver’s hours and WTD, ensuring infringements are recorded, analysed and debriefed as per DVSA requirements
