Responsibility

  • working with the Sales team to place orders on the system and maintain accurate sales records
  • assisting with maintenance of the website for pricing and data updates and new listings
  • working with Accounts to ensure incoming data is accurately entered onto the systems
  • working with Purchasing and Engineering to support them with administrative tasks
  • assisting with shipping and despatch to ensure the correct items are sent to the correct customers
  • assisting the Sales team with answering incoming calls and dealing with customer sales enquiries when required
